Cous Cous and Grains shine at The Taste of London!

The Symington’s team last week attended the Taste of London event at Regents Park with the Ainsley Harriott stall in glorious sunshine (for the most part!).

Offering a unique environment where visitors can sample some of the best foods from around the UK and the world the Taste of festivals are the perfect place to showcase premium food products.

The Taste of Festivals form part of the brands summer promotions offering visitors tasters of the famous Ainsley Harriott Spice Sensation Cous Cous, free sachets of Cous Cous and for the first 200 visitors at each session a free packet of one of the newly launched Amazing Grains to take home and of course a chance to view all of the Ainsley product ranges.

Some visitors had never even tried Cous Cous before or had tried it and dismissed it as being tasteless but when they tried the Ainsley Cous Cous they were very pleasantly surprised! Tweets following the event included “I never thought that I would like Cous Cous!! I do now but only if it comes from an Ainsley sachet”

Ainsley attended the event on the Friday and Saturday where he chatted to fans, signed autographs and posed for numerous photographs. His friendly attitude and great sense of humour went down a storm with visitors who gathered in crowds around the stand patiently waiting for their turn to meet him. One of the visitors said “I can’t believe Ainsley attended the event, this has made my year!”

The festival also marked the launch of the ‘great summer BBQ competition’ where anyone who has purchased 3 sachets of Ainsley Cous Cous can send in their details to win a guaranteed prize. Prizes include Limited edition Ainsley Harriott branded cous cous serving dishes and branded aprons, and thousands of money off vouchers.
